Heating and Cooling Service

To better serve you Crystal Flash has established a heating and air conditioning service partnership with Excel.  Now, you can call one number for oil deliveries and for furnace and air conditioning service.

Crystal Flash Heating and Cooling offers both preventative maintenance service and repair.  Should you need service or repair, please call our Customer Service department at (317) 879-2849 between the hours of 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.  We also have emergency service for after normal business hours – just call (317) 879-2849 and follow the instructions on the night answer recording.

The Crystal Flash Customer Service Department offers a one-stop shop.  Our Qualified Customer Service Representatives can assist you with your home heating oil, heating & air conditioning, pricing and billing questions.  In summary any customer questions can be directed to our Customer Service Department.  If they do not have the answers they will investigate your question with the appropriate personnel and get back to you with an answer.”
