Transport and Tank Wagon Services
Crystal Flash Petroleum has offered a variety of petroleum services for over 75 years. The company's private transport fleet operates seven days a week with capable and conscientious drivers who deliver transport loads of fuel to commercial end-users. In addition, tank wagon services are available for fueling construction equipment, commercial fleets, and consumer heating oil. Environment-friendly, renewable fuels such as ethanol and bio-diesel are available for consumer use, as well.
We operate three bulk plants. These are located in Indianapolis, Greenfield and North Webster Indiana. From these locations we can service most of Indiana.
Direct Fleet Fill
Our electronic metering technology allows detailed electronic reports. This is especially helpful when we direct fill your fleet vehicles. you can get detailed reports of the quantity and product for each tank or vehicle.
Corporate Fleet Card
Our Crystal Flash Corporate fleet card is powered by Mannatec, and has several different options to suit your business needs. The card can be issued as a Crystal Flash private label card that is only good at Crystal Flash locations, or as a Fuelman card that can be used at thousands of locations throughout the country. We also offer a Fleet MasterCard that is honored anywhere MasterCard is accepted! Each card can be customized with individual limits for fuel or other purchases.
Tank Cleaning Services
Clogged filters often cause slow dispensing rates, forcing owners to change filters weekly or even more often. Frequent filter changes are only a temporary solution to a recurring problem; the build up of contaminates in underground storage tanks must be removed, in order to solve the problem at the source. Contaminates enter fuel systems through fill pipes, spill bucket drains, during construction or maintenance work, and during product delivery. Contaminates can also originate inside the UST through internal corrosion or growing microorganisms. Fuel contaminants can cause frequent maintenance problems, damage to fueling system components, and failing Stage II vapor recovery tests, as well as damage to customer vehicle fuel systems. Crystal Flash offers the finest quality Industrial and Commercial Lubricants in the world. We also carry a wide range of brand name Automotive Motor Oils and Lubricants. A full line of Chemicals, Cleaners, Spray Lubricants, Anti-Freeze, Coolants and Absorbents is also available making Crystal Flash the "One Stop Shop" for all your petroleum related needs.

Our Qualified Customer Service Representatives can assist you with your lubricant, commercial fuel, home heating oil, heating & air conditioning, product information, pricing and billing questions. In summary any customer questions can be directed to our Customer Service Department. If they do not have the answers they will investigate your question with the appropriate personnel and get back to you with an answer.”
